	What is Wi-Fi?
	WiFi is the alias for Wireless Fidelity, related to wireless net technology, based on the IEEE 802.11b specification which defines the access mode, speed and band frequency used by this network.

	What is the Asas Center?
	Asas Center is an area with a high flow of people, covered by the WiFi technology provided by the Brturbo Asas service.

	How to identify an Asas Center?
	Each Asas Center presents the Brturbo Asas logo, assisting the user to easily identify the availability of the service.

	What do I do when I access an Asas Center with more than one access network?
	You have to sign in the network connection section through the initial menu and selecting one of the following networks: BRT_ASA or VEX.

	Is the service pre-paid or post-paid?
	Payments can be done thru credit card or Brasil Telecom phone account. Whichever option, payments are charged after use of services.

	What is the service speed?
	Initially there will be no speed control. Users may reach speed ranges of 1.5 Mbps.

	Does Brasil Telecom or Brturbo customers have any kind of benefit by joining the Brturbo Asas service?
	Brasil Telecom or Brturbo customers have the advantage of charging the service plans payment to their phone account. For those clients subscribers of Brturbo Service, a discount will be granted in the amount paid for other Brturbo services, limited to 50% of the Brturbo original subscription plan.

	What is the subscription fee?
	Selecting the Eventual plan, the client have to pay a one-time subscription fee.

	Is it possible to switch over service plans?
	Yes. It is possible to switch over the service plans at anytime. However, if the client has a Subscription plan type (verificar qual sera o nome official do plano Assinatura) and wishes to use the Eventual plan, then it will be necessary to cancel the first one, otherwise the two plans remain active (verificar se o restante da frase é correto) and therefore will be charged for.

	I bought the Eventual plan. Can I use the plan on alternate days?
	Yes, you can. The Eventual Plan allows daily usage credits, in an alternate basis, starting on the first log the user makes to the Asas Center.

	Is it necessary to install any software in the computer (Lap Top or PDA) to access Brturbo Asas?
	There is no need to install additional software to access Brturbo Asas.

	What is the technical support availability schedule?
	Support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

	How the Subscription plan works?
	Electing the Subscription plan, the customer pays the monthly value associated to that plan. This allows unlimited access to Brturbo Asas services for all Hotspot, 24 hours a day.

	What is the difference between the Eventual plan and the Subscription plan?
	The Eventual Plan can be understood as a pre-paid plan. It allows users to access BrTurbo Asas Wireless Internet service according to the number of days associated with the hired plan, within a 30 day period of time. The Subscription Plan allows much more convenience as the customer can use BrTurbo Asas whenever he wants to.

	Can I open a VPN in the Brturbo Asas access network?
	The access network is totally transparent to the various protocols used in a VPN.

	Only Brasil Telecom or Brturbo users can acquire the Brturbo Asas service?
	Any user, independently of its internet server or telecommunication broadcast, can make use of Brturbo Asas system.

	Which cities are granted with the travel channel services?
	São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Brasília, Curitiba, Porto Alegre and Belo Horizonte.

	Is the contract between customer and Brturbo specifically related to the chosen service plan?
	Independently from the service plan elected, the contract gathers common clauses over obligations and rights for both parties.

	I have installed the WiFi board but it will not connect. What do I do?
	Apply the following steps: - Check the address you are trying to access – should be the www.Brturbo.com kind - Make sure that your browser (Explorer or similar) is not set up for Internet access via Proxy.

	What is payment plan for the Monthly Subscription Plan?
	The Monthly Subscription Plan provides the deduction of the value paid for the Brturbo server from the monthly fee. (BELLA or GAMES only subscribers will not get the above deduction. Deduction is valid for full Brturbo subscription).

	How do I do to sign up the one-day Trial Plan?
	You just have to fill in the form and use it for 24 hours.
